An exclusive listing real estate consultant, you will help clients meet their goals, negotiates the best possible deal and delivers a client-focused experience. This job opportunity is a result oriented role that combines salesmanship, data analysis, negotiation, conflict management and effective communication.

Additional aspects of the role include

– Meeting with potential clients that wish to sell their home
– Presenting marketing plan to market and sell client’s home
– Assessing property values through market analysis and trends
– Negotiating top dollar for clients
– Effective/frequent communication on daily / weekly basis
– Staying in tune with current market conditions/trends
– Being student of the art and science of selling
– Applying a consultative sales approach
