So is green. Anyone dealing with money is probably anxious already, so you don’t want to exacerbate that. Energizing colours are great when you want to make someone act on a call to action. If you want to get a darker image maybe you’re promoting games or movies dark colours, as you may have suspected, work very well.

An engineering firm, for instance, would probably want to go with very angular design elements that look precise and well-formed. Fonts and Typography

Your font selections and the setup of your typography really do make impressions on viewers. If you happened to be a fantasy author promoting a book, using fonts that are very medieval looking using them sparingly for effect, of course, might make just the right impression on your visitors. If you’re giving sales information or technical information, you’ll want to be sure as many people as possible can read the content without trouble, and that means using a simple font like Arial or Verdana.

Make sure your link colours stick out from the text. This is an area where people sometimes make bad choices. It’s better to have links look very bold and bright than it is to have them tend to blend into the rest of the text. In the latter cases, you might lose out on click-through to products that you make affiliate money off or people may not get the most out of your content because they didn’t notice that you had a great reference link for them to take a look at.

Your design says a lot about your real estate business. So, make sure it speaks well of the business it represents!
