UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation is responsible for promoting, coordinating, managing and securing the orderly economic development of five Growth Centres across metropolitan Sydney.

This Real Estate and Capital Transactions Director role is an excellent opportunity to set up and lead a capital transactions advisory team to provide expert advice and negotiate complex financial transactions. You will work collaboratively with different stakeholders, be a trusted advisor to project teams and other government agencies, and will be responsible for commissioning research and managing outsourced transaction advice.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in providing real estate and capital transaction advice, solving complex problems and completing challenging projects, and developing and leading a small team.

– Establish and lead a capital transactions advisory team and partner with internal project teams and other government agencies as a trusted advisor.
– Work on exciting development projects across Sydney including the transformation of The Bays, the restoration and development of Parramatta North and the renewal of Redfern Waterloo.
– Ongoing position, Public Sector Senior Executive Level Band 1 Total Remuneration Package up to $225,329
